The Abs & Stretch class is a perfect blend of core-focused strength training and rejuvenating stretching exercises, designed to tone your midsection and enhance flexibility. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class targets your abdominal muscles with dynamic, effective exercises while incorporating deep stretches to improve mobility and reduce tension. Led by our expert instructors, you'll enjoy a balanced, energizing workout in a supportive environment, leaving you stronger, more flexible, and refreshed.

*Classes can only be formed when there are at least 2 people enrolled during peak hours and 1 person enrolled during off-peak hours.

*Peak Hours: MON-FRI: 6:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. SAT, SUN, and Public Holidays: 9:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 p.m.

*Off-Peak Hours: MON-FRI: 9:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m. SAT, SUN, and Public Holidays: 12:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m.
